Arminta Chapman will be holding CPR and first aid classes

Arminta Chapman‘s story, began as a small child who had a sickly grandmother. She always wanted to help. She wanted to make sure people would not experience the pain she saw in her grandmother’s face. During high school she worked as a candy striper. It was then that she decided to pursue a career in nursing. She started her career working in various doctors’ offices before she finally found her niche working at Woodbridge Developmental Health facility where she spent 18 years taking care of mentally ill patients. She wanted to be there for those patients that did not have a voice. After years of taking care of others, she decided to go back to school and received her undergraduate degree in Labor Relations. She is currently pursuing her graduate degree at Rutgers University majoring in Labor law. She presently works for the State of New Jersey in Human Resources/ Staff Development where she trains personnel as well as Doctors and Nurses in CPR. She is a wonderful person who enjoys her career. She is finally helping people in the capacity she wanted: prevention and saving lives.
