This three-day expo, presented by the Academy of Model Aeronautics, provides a world-class display of the latest and greatest products for the modeling enthusiast and fun activities the whole family can enjoy, including flying demonstrations, model rocket and plane build-and-fly stations – as well as interactive displays, static model competitions and guest speakers. With 100+ exhibitors and expert modelers on hand, the expo will be entertaining for the novice and experienced modeler alike. The AMA Expo EAST (along with AMA Expo WEST) will be promoted throughout the radio-controlled modeling industry and through local media outlets in each event location.
The Meadowlands Exposition Center is located in the Harmon Meadow Complex of Secaucus, New Jersey – just minutes outside of New York City. This location offers the benefits of the city with hotels, restaurants and retail shops all within a five minute walk. The Complex is serviced by several transit services and is only 12 miles north of Newark Liberty Airport.

Get your exhibitor booth registration in BY JANUARY 1, 2018 and we will try to make every effort to honor your booth location request. No guarantees, but we will try!
Exhibitors will be assigned a 10’ x 10’ booth space in the exhibit hall and notified of the booth number assignment in your official confirmation materials. These materials will be emailed to the person listed as the main contact on this application. Get your booth registration in by the Early Bird Registration deadline – January 1, 2018, we will try to make every effort to honor any booth location requests. Please note that we reserve the right to change booth assignments as required to optimize the final floor plan.
Booth registration price includes: fully draped back (8 ft. high) and sides (36” high), two 8 ft. table and two folding chairs, wastebasket and registration for UP TO FOUR of your staff. Carpet is not provided. Optional services such as internet and electricity; as well as rental information for additional display furniture equipment or carpet are available. State of New Jersey Business Registration Form
**All AMA Expo exhibitors must complete a Business Registration form (Form NJ-REG) at least 15 days prior to starting business within the state of New Jersey. There is no fee. For further information, contact: NJ Division of Taxation, 609-826-4400 or visit www.state.nj.us/treasury/taxation/. There will be a 7% New Jersey sales tax levied on all products sold.
As an exhibitor, we invite you to let us know of any promotions or giveaways that will be taking place at your booth during the event. AMA will then promote these in advance and during the event from the Main Stage.
AMA Expo WEST – January 5-7, 2018 – Ontario, California
AMA successfully produces the annual AMA Expo WEST each January in sunny Southern California. If you are interested in exhibiting at that show as well, ask us about the Multi-Show exhibitor discount.
Exhibitor badges must be worn at all times while in the exhibit hall, including setup days. Each of your representatives must have an exhibitor badge. The deadline for FREE pre-printed badges is February 1, 2018. PLAN AHEAD – GET YOUR BADGE NAMES SUBMITTED NOW!
BADGES ARE ALLOTTED AS FOLLOWS: FOUR (4) for the first booth, and TWO (2) for each additional booth. Extra name badges may be ordered for $8.00 each and MUST be prepaid. Use this form. After February 1, 2018, all name badges may be ordered at $8.00 each. Any extra, last minute or lost name badges will be available on-site for $10.00 each and MUST be paid for at the time of request. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
All badges will be available for pickup at the Exhibitor Check-In at the Exhibit Hall loading dock during set-up. No badges will be mailed. If your booth staff will not be available on set-up days, the badges will be in the Lobby Box Office – Will Call.
